The Oxygen Administration course is for people who need the knowledge and skills to know when and how to use supplemental oxygen with breathing devices to administer oxygen. This course focuses on the use of supplemental oxygen equipment and breathing devices through lecture, video, demonstration and hands-on practice.
Participants learn vital information about supplemental oxygen cylinders, regulators and delivery devices, resuscitation and bag-valve masks, and suction devices. Professionals receive instructions on oral and nasal airways and airway.
CPR Arizona's training complements adult and youth learning styles with visual presentation and hands on practice with the availability of take away materials to serve as excellent refresher tools after training is completed. These courses are for employees, students, parents, care givers and those who are deal with the public, children and/or the elderly.
All certified courses require the participant to successfully completion of a written exam and demonstrate proficiency in required skills.
Our Oxygen Administration training course meets the training guidelines for first aid programs established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA.)
